Job Description

I am currently recruiting in behalf of a well established client in Grays, Thurrock for a permanent Security Supervisor. The hours are a 4 on 4 off rotational pattern based on 2 shifts 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am. The role is paying £36,686 per annum and you MUST have an SG/DS License AND a CCTV License.

The role will include

* Working alongside management to implement company policies and changes

* Leadership & Motivational skills

* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

* Be involved in recruitment and training of staff

* Be computer literate

The ideal candidate must have

* A Security & CCTV License

* A proven track record in a similar supervising role

* The ability to work as a team and on your own initiative
