Description
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
Processing end to end payroll for over 200 employees on a monthly basis
Filing with HMRC
Submission of pension schedules
Manual calculations
Processing payroll deductions
Processing starters and leavers
Processing P45s
Allocating tax codes
Processing absences including holiday, sickness, and parental leave
Resolving payroll related queries
All areas of payroll administration
Keeping up to date with laws and regulations in relation to Payroll
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
A proven track record within a similar role
A keen eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fantastic organisational skills
A genuine desire to learn
Job Offer
Competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000
28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown, increasing with length of service
