About The Role An exciting opportunity to become the technical leader within a growing Salesforce-native SaaS business that's entering its next phase of engineering maturity. Following the appointment of a new Director of Product Engineering, the business is investing heavily in its product and engineering function. This is a genuine opportunity to help shape engineering standards, influence architecture, accelerate AI adoption and play a major role in the future direction of a modern Salesforce-native product. What You'll Be Doing Lead the engineering team from a technical perspective whilst remaining hands-on. Drive architecture, engineering standards and code quality. Work closely with Product to balance technical excellence with commercial delivery. Champion AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices. Improve SDLC, CI/CD and engineering tooling. Mentor and coach engineers through technical leadership rather than line management. Help shape the future direction of a rapidly evolving Salesforce-native platform. What We're Looking For Senior / Lead Software Engineer, Technical Architect or Engineering Team Lead background. Experience working within a SaaS or Salesforce ISV / AppExchange product environment is nice to have. Comfortable influencing engineering decisions. Passion for building scalable products and continuously improving engineering practices. Commercial mindset with an appreciation for product priorities and customer outcomes.
