Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within a range of supportive and inclusive primary and secondary schools across the Milton Keynes area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and making a positive difference in the lives of young people.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.

The Role:

Support students in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom preparation.

Encourage student engagement and participation in learning activities.

Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN where required.

Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching, or support setting.

Be patient, caring, and adaptable.

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Be committed to supporting students' academic and personal development.

Have a positive and proactive approach to learning support.

Hold relevant qualifications or experience (desirable but not essential).
