This is a great opportunity to join a leading parcel delivery company, who specialise in cost effective logistic solutions and provide a first point of contact customer service for any of their clients.
Main duties:
Answering a high volume of inbound calls from customers
Resolving queries and complaints in a professional manner
Using multiple computer systems to update customer records, track parcels, look up information and record call details
Work to individual call quality and volume KPIs as well as supporting team members to achieve the desired company goals
Providing a first-time resolution wherever possible
The calls you will receive will be related to missing parcels, failed deliveries, damaged items, requests for re-delivery and general feedback on the service provided. Due to the nature of the calls, you will need to demonstrate:
