SRLV is a mid-tier firm of chartered accountants, business management specialists and corporate and private client advisors based in London’s vibrant West End. Founded in 1988, we have evolved into a £30m+ turnover business with 21 partners and 240+ staff supporting an enviable roster of A-list corporate and private clients worldwide.
From premium restaurants, prime property and international groups to well-known names in music, entertainment and sport, our clients are inspiringly diverse and exciting to work for. Their varied interests mean our teams often work together for different clients across the business. This gives our people the freedom to work both individually and as one multi-specialist client team so we’re always learning, from intern right through to partner.
Working across four divisions, many of our team began their careers here, thriving on the culture, rewarding client work, and the opportunities to personalise their own career path. Founded on the principles of a family business, people are the beating heart of our business. Relationships of trust, whether with our staff, clients or professional network are the bedrock of what we do; people and relationships come first. We see everyone as individuals and aim to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported and free to be themselves.
Are you building your experience within payroll and looking for a role that will genuinely support your development? This is a great opportunity for a motivated Payroll Administrator to deepen their technical skills, work with a varied client portfolio and play an important part in a busy, collaborative department. You’ll work closely with our Payroll Managers and wider team, gaining hands-on experience across payroll processing, compliance and client communication, while being supported to grow your confidence and professional capability.
You’ll be involved in the full payroll cycle, preparing reports, processing BACS payments, maintaining workflow status, resolving PAYE and payroll queries, and ensuring client instructions are actioned accurately and on time. You’ll also support with setting up PAYE schemes, maintaining payroll databases, keeping documentation organised, and helping to refine internal processes to improve efficiency. As part of the role, you’ll ensure pension auto-enrolment compliance and manage contribution uploads across multiple provider platforms.
We believe in developing people, not just skillsets. There’s no single path at SRLV; we focus on understanding who you are, how you work, and where you want to take your career. If our approach resonates with you and you feel this opportunity could be a great fit, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
Our people have the experience and expertise to advise clients and work collaboratively to support them at the highest level. When expanding our teams, we look for curiosity, motivation and a desire to learn – thoughtful people who will bring different perspectives and experience. People who want to contribute to a high-quality client service as part of a supportive collaborative team.
