Pay Rate: £11.51 (PAYE)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Work with customers struggling to secure/maintain accommodation
Conduct outreach support for rough sleepers in the area
Improve opportunities and link customers with partnership agencies
Deliver Home Achievement Programme (HAP) tenancy training in Somerset
Build relationships with housing providers/landlords for customer transitions
The successful candidate will have:
Passion for supporting those facing housing challenges
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience delivering training/support programs
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Car and Valid Licence
