Senior Lecturer & Programme Lead - Project Management

FIND are working with a global provider in the Project Management Training & Education space, who are looking for to hire a Programme Lead for their Project Management Degree Apprenticeship programme.
The Project Management Programme Lead will play a critical role in managing and delivering the our clients popular BSc Project Management Degree Apprenticeship programme, ensuring it's successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the project management apprenticeship programme, overseeing all aspects of its implementation and delivery.
Develop and maintain the overall programme strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of Lecturers & Coaches, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of training & coaching activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in programme delivery, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance the learning experience for apprentices.
Training and Development:
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training curriculum for project management apprentices
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars (virtually) ensuring that content is effectively communicated and understood by participants.
Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of apprentices, incorporating real-world examples, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with partner universities & university assessment boards to ensure maximum efficiency & results.
Collaborate with employers and industry partners to ensure the programme remains relevant and responsive to evolving industry trends and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with apprentices, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
Strong Teaching / Training / Lecturing experience (Lecturer / Trainer / Teacher or Instructor)
Project Management Industry experience
Worked up to at least Senior Lecturer position (or above)
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
This is a full time (Mon-Fri) Remote working position, but could include rare travel to your nearest centre.
Starting salary is £58,000
