Business Development Executive (Construction Tech)

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in the field of home and building automation worldwide. LOXONE, founded in 2009, revolutionised the smart home industry with the green LOXONE Miniserver and is now the market leader in this segment. This is an exceptional opportunity to join the UK side of the business in a key role. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for selling the companys entire range of products and solutions. We are looking for a high achiever who can work autonomously but also shows a willingness to fit in with the internal teams in the office. Youll be a strong, independent worker, be able to manage your own workload, be interested in learning about the companys products and solutions and be an engaging person who can build rapport with potential B2B customers and influencers in the real estate/construction sphere, within the UK markets.

You should be confident on the phone and driven by moving successful appointments and online meetings (conversations) towards a clear commercial outcome. Your role is not order taking, although the company does have the luxury of a well-established UK base with many inbound leads it is about understanding motivation, uncovering real pain points, and guiding prospects towards the right next step for them. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role where success is measured by pipeline activity as well as conversion to turnover. You will be trained by in-house experts (products & solutions) and introduced into the Loxone core values as part of your comprehensive induction process

Salary: £65K Basic, Uncapped Commission, Company Tesla
