This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Engineer to join a talented team at a main Bristol office! The successful person will join a highly-skilled team, providing field-based services to a diverse mix of clients predominantly within Bristol and the South West areas.
This role will require you to install, upgrade, service, maintain and troubleshoot a complete scope of equipment and configuration scenarios.
The successful person will need to be customer-oriented, hands-on, and resourceful at problem-solving, there may even be some opportunities to travel internationally due to the quality of the clients you will be working with.
Technical Requirements:
Modern Workplace experience (On-prem exchange, Office 365 etc)
Azure experience - IaaS / PaaS
Hyper-V and VMware
Router / Firewall configuration esp SonicWall, WatchGuard and DrayTec
Network install, config, and troubleshooting.
Wireless technologies including Ubiquity, DrayTec and Ruckus
Microsoft Server 2012 onwards including build, config, and install.
Microsoft Windows 7 onwards
MacOSX
Mobile OS (Apple & Android)
