Key tasks
Managing the Month end timetable and execution of tasks
Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Monthly Journal Entries for Month-End Close Processing
Balance Sheet and P&L reporting and analysis
Assist the Finance Director with producing clear, concise management reporting packs for Monthly Board meetings
Assisting with external audit field work as necessary
Support with the production of company budgets and forecasts
Reviewing current processes and implementing improvements
Strong Excel and reporting skills sumifs, Vlookups, pivot tables are important, as is the ability to multitask and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are achieved. SAGE 200 experience would be useful but is not essential. If you are a Qualified Accountant, or studying Accountant looking to qualify, looking for your next challenge and a step up into a Finance Manager role then this could be a great career opportunity.
