Daily duties will include:
Undertake acoustic surveys, and other site visits.
Provide acoustic design advice.
Technical report writing.
Assist in business development duties.
Liaising with clients, local authorities and engineers throughout projects.
Prepare fee proposals and project budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have attained an Honours or Masters in Acoustical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
Demonstrable experience working for a UK consultancy is ideal but not essential.
Hold a full UK driving license, ideally a vehicle.
Membership of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) is favourable.
Can do, proactive attitude
Good communication skills as you will be client facing.
Willingness to travel to site regularly across the UK.
