Burman are supporting a leading public sector entity whilst they undergo a significant period of change. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Partner to collaborate with our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, fostering stakeholder relationships, and supporting the implementation of key projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the organisation's goals.
* Provide expert advice and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and drive organisational performance.
* Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
* Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance operational effectiveness and compliance.
* Support on projects relating to overhauling and advising on policies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a business partner role, ideally within the public sector or a related field.
* Strong understanding of public sector operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
