Job reference: SS/44887Sector: Commerce and IndustryRegion: London, South WestSpecialisms: Cyber Security Engineering JobsClosing date: 2026-10-03This global business is seeking a security architect or security consultant to help shape and secure their large-scale cloud environments, with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as the primary cloud platform.This is a technically focused position where you’ll act as a trusted security adviser to cloud, engineering and architecture teams. You’ll provide security architecture, design assurance and threat modelling, helping teams build secure-by-design cloud solutions and address security risks throughout the development lifecycle. You will also be required to develop blueprints and reusable patterns as needed.You should have hands on experience as a security architect, security consultant or security specialist in a cloud security environment. The ideal candidate will have some hands on experience with GCP.This role is offered as hybrid in either Reading or Central London.
