Reporting to the CEO the role will involve the following responsibilities: What will the HR Director role involve?
Build out of the HR function;
Implementing the new HR system;
Supporting and managing the HR team of 7;
Design and delivery of the people strategy;
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals;
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development;
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices;
Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion;
Manage employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture;
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions;

Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Director vacancy:
Experience of working as a HR Lead in the Education sector;
CIPD Level 5 or above.
