Reporting to the CFO, you'll lead the finance function, manage and develop a high-performing team, and play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.The RoleThis is a broad, hands-on position, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to influence the wider business. Responsibilities include:Leading and developing the finance team.Delivering accurate monthly management accounts and financial reporting.Managing budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring statutory compliance.Partnering with operational leaders to provide commercial insight and support decision-making.Driving process improvements and enhancing finance systems.About YouWe're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in a Financial Controller, Senior Finance Manager or similar leadership role.You'll also bring:Strong technical accounting and reporting knowledge.Experience leading and developing finance teams.A commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.Strong budgeting, forecasting and business partnering experience.Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems.Experience within a multi-site or multi-entity environment.Why Apply?This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious business where you'll work closely with an experienced CFO and have the autonomy to influence both the finance function and the wider organisation.
