Together these communities contribute around £111 billion to the national economy each year.EWR is being championed by the Government as a key driver to economic growth leading to a potential £78 Billion boost to the UK economy: supporting new towns, housing, and regeneration.Role Summary:We're looking for a talented Front End & AI Developer to join our growing Data Centre of Excellence team.This is an exciting opportunity to help build the next generation of digital products, AI-powered applications and intelligent user experiences that will support one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes.Working alongside our AI Lead, Azure Data Engineer and Power Platform specialists, you'll develop modern web applications, dashboards and AI-enabled solutions that bring together data, automation and cutting-edge Microsoft technologies. You'll also play a key role in helping colleagues adopt M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Foundry agents, driving innovation across the business.What you'll be doing:Designing and building modern, responsive web applications and digital interfacesCreating AI-powered user experiences using Microsoft AI technologies, Copilot Studio and Foundry agentsDeveloping secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies, APIs and Azure servicesWorking with enterprise data to deliver dashboards, reporting tools and embedded analyticsCollaborating with Power Platform specialists to create seamless user experiences across multiple technologiesSupporting AI solution development, testing, documentation, user engagement and adoptionAssisting with testing new capabilities within M365 Copilot, gathering user feedback and maintaining guidance and training materialsContributing to agile delivery, code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiativesHelping establish best practices and reusable components that support citizen development and AI adoption.What you'll bring:Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular or similarA passion for creating accessible, user-focused and visually engaging digital experiencesKnowledge of web application development, APIs and cloud-based technologiesExperience with GitHub and collaborative software development practicesAn interest in AI technologies and how they can improve user experiences and business productivityKnowledge of Azure services and integration approachesExperience working with dashboards, analytics or data-driven applicationsFamiliarity with the Microsoft Power Platform would be advantageousAn interest in AWS technologies and a willingness to learn and develop AWS skills.Why Join East West Rail?At East West Rail, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that make a real difference.
