Are you an Estimator with a background in bespoke joinery or fit-out, looking to work on some of the most prestigious projects in the country?

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected interior fit-out and joinery business with over a century of heritage, working at the very high-end, with a competitive package, a variety of projects and opportunities to progress further.

Based from their manufacturing facility in Leicester, you'll play a key role in securing and delivering successful projects — pricing bespoke joinery packages, producing tender submissions and working closely with the design and production teams.

This company have been established over a century and have a fantastic reputation for the quality of their work and forward-thinking approach. Coupled with great retention, they have a full order book of exciting work and are looking towards a bright future.

This position would suit an Estimator from a Joinery / Fit-Out background, who is looking for a long-term role, with a competitive package, a variety of projects and potential to progress further.

The Role
▪ Produce detailed cost plans, take-offs and tender submissions for bespoke joinery and fit-out packages
▪ Liaise with the design and production teams on buildability
▪ Gather and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes
▪ Support the wider team on proposals and site surveys where required

The Person ✅
▪ Proven background in estimating within joinery, fit-out or similar
▪ Comfortable working from architectural drawings and specifications
▪ Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors
▪ Detail-focused, organised, able to manage multiple projects to deadline
