The house is purposefully small to offer a calm, tranquil and homely setting for residents, allowing them to focus on whats important to them.What you'll be working:Full-time - 37.5 hours a week.£25,400.16 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata)Day shiftsWhat you'll be doing:Build relationships with the people we support, which are open and two-waySupport to undertake their rehabilitation programmeEstablish methods of communication with the people we support, reducing barriers when necessarySupport with activities of daily living and personal care when neededCommunicate any issues to the clinical teamAccurately report and/or record work activitiesWhat you'll have:A genuine interest in providing the best person-centred care possibleThe ability to communicate effectively at all levelsExperience working within the care sector / mental healthSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBSWe also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
