Job Description

HGV Class 2 Drivers – Saturdays Only

Crick Depot £19.00 per hour Immediate Starts Available

IRD Recruitment is looking for three Class 2 drivers for ongoing Saturday work in the run‑up to Christmas. Drivers will collect their vehicle from Crick depot, complete a short delivery run with a drivers mate, and return the vehicle to Crick at the end of the shift.

This is consistent weekend work with early starts and minimal drops.

Role Overview

Collect truck from Crick depot

*

Complete 2–3 deliveries only

*

Return any collections

*

Drop off drivers mate

*

Return truck to Crick

*

Approx. 9–10 hour shift

Pay Rate

£19.00 per hour

✅ Requirements

*

Full UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence

*

Valid CPC & Tacho Card

*

No more than 6 penalty points

*

Reliable, professional, and confident working with a drivers mate

*

Good communication and paperwork skills
