HR Officer£30,000 per annumFull time (9-5 Mon-Thur, 8:30-4:30 Fri)Office based
Duties:
Completing disciplinary meetings, outcome meetings and investigations
Attending exit interviews
Working alongside line managers to oversee absence management
Process occupational health referrals
Posting advert for jobs and shortlisting candidates
Completing full onboarding process for new starters
Compliance and auditing authority
Overseeing health and safety
Essential experience / skills:
CIPD Level 3 or above
HR Administration, Compliance Administration or HR Advisor experience
Experience working in a stand alone role with the ability to use initiative to make decisions
Recruitment administration knowledge (compliance, RTW, onboarding etc)
