Salary: Salary dependent on experience. 20 days paid leave per annum + 8 Bank Holidays, contributory pension scheme and private healthcare. Free parking onsite.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Working alongside our existing Quantity Surveyor, Directors and Contracts Managers, you will be involved in a wide range of projects from tender stage through to final account on projects up to £2.5m. You will play an important role in helping to manage project costs, maximise value and support the successful delivery of projects across residential, commercial, education and heritage sectors.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
