The work is varied and includes developing requirements, architecture, design, implementation and the verification of embedded software solutions for complex power distribution systems

Qualifications / Requirements Previous embedded software experience working within complex system designs in an aviation, automotive or similar embedded systems development environment working to rigorous standards (e.g. RTCA DO-178B/C, DAL level A or B, or similar)
Previous experience in leading moderate to large team-based projects and/or providing technical direction and coaching to less experienced staff.
Experience of defining successful technical strategies and best practices that improve execution and team capability.
Proven ability to solve complex problems autonomously or as part of a cross-functional team. Experience of applying lean or similar improvement methodologies to improve team performance.
Demonstrated ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
