Job Title: Assembly Operatives
Location: Great Notley, Braintree, Essex
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: £12.71
Hours: Day Shift, 38 hours per week

Our client is seeking enthusiastic Assembly Operatives to become an integral part of their dynamic production team in Braintree. What You'll Be Doing:
As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by:

Assembling components and products using hand tools and equipment.
Following detailed work instructions and adhering to quality standards.
Engaging in various manufacturing processes, including assembly, preparation, inspection, finishing, and packaging.
Conducting visual quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
Supporting different areas of production as needed to meet customer demand. What Our Client Is Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and a strong willingness to learn.
A practical, hands-on approach to work.
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures accurately.
Flexibility and reliability, complemented by a positive attitude.
A good level of physical fitness, as some lifting may be required.
