Senior Electrical Engineer


About Us


S I Sealy & Associates provides building services engineering consultancy services throughout the UK across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, residential, leisure and public sector developments. We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to help lead project delivery and support our continued growth.


The Role


You will lead the design and coordination of electrical building services systems, support developing engineers and maintain effective client relationships.


Key Responsibilities



  • Design and manage power, lighting, fire alarm, ICT and extra-low-voltage systems.

  • Produce and review design calculations, reports and specifications.

  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers.

  • Manage client relationships and project delivery.

  • Support BIM and ISO 19650-compliant information delivery.

  • Contribute to fee proposals and resource planning.


What We Are Looking For



  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a similar discipline. (Preferable)

  • Minimum five years of relevant UK consultancy experience.

  • Thorough understanding of BS 7671 and electrical building services design.

  • Experience across multiple project sectors.

  • Healthcare experience and knowledge of relevant HTM guidance are advantageous.

  • Revit awareness or experience is preferred.

  • Chartered, or working towards Chartered status.
