Where will you be working?

You’ll be joining our Civils projects team - We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach. Want to come and be a part of it?

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction industry. No previous construction experience is required, as full training and support will be provided.

The successful candidate will assist with a variety of site duties, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Assist site teams with general construction and labouring activities.

Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment as required.

Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards.

Support skilled tradespeople and other site personnel.

Assist with site set-up, fencing, signage and welfare facilities.

Carry out basic manual tasks as directed by supervisors.

Follow instructions and complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Report any safety concerns, hazards or damaged equipment.

Help maintain company standards of quality, safety and professionalism.

Attend training sessions and toolbox talks as required.
