On their behalf, we are seeking an extremely capable and highly experienced Personal Assistant to support our client’s senior leadership team. This is an exciting role in a fast-growing business with lots of opportunity to put your stamp on the position.
In order to be successful, you will need to have proven experience in a dedicated PA / EA role at C-Suite level. You will be proactive, personable, and professional with a hands-on approach to tasks. You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and thrive in the progressive nature of the business!
Your key responsibilities will include
Handling emails, phone calls, and other communication for the Senior Leadership Team
Booking end to end domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, Visas etc and organising complex and detailed itineraries
Completing Visa and Passport applications
Arranging meetings, personal appointments, and team events
Providing extensive diary management, considering various time zones. Quickly resolving conflicts and pro-actively managing meetings
Preparing monthly expense claims
Minute taking and ensuring actions are followed up
Running personal errands
We are looking to speak to individuals who have the following
5 years + of proven experience in an EA / PA role
Organisational skills, and efficient at prioritising in order to meet deadlines
Excellent ability to multitask and manage conflicting demands
Confidence in communicating at all levels
Adept at working with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
Comfortable working on your own initiative as well as in a team environment
Please note, this is an office-based role in central Oxford. There is no parking available, however the newly refurbished offices are located in close proximity to the Westgate shopping centre with ample car parking (Including EV charging points) and close to bus and rail links.
Hours of work at 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
