The Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic and electromechanical products, including PCBs, wiring harnesses, and other bespoke assemblies. Working from technical documentation, you will play a key role in ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Solder a wide range of components
Assemble PCBs, wiring harnesses, and electromechanical builds
Follow build instructions, technical drawings, and production documentation accurately
Complete assembly work to quality and production standards
Support continuous improvement and maintain a safe working environment
Skills & Experience Essential Experience with manual assembly and soldering equipment
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and production documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proactive and reliable approach to work
Desirable Experience soldering to IPC or J-STD standards
Previous experience within an electronics manufacturing environment
Experience assembling PCBs, wiring harnesses, or electromechanical products
