Due to continued growth, a respected construction contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a range of roofing, refurbishment, metal roofing and general building projects across Yorkshire. Offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who thrives on delivering multiple projects and building strong client relationships.

As Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects typically range from £100k to £1m, and you'll divide your time between site visits across Yorkshire and the North West, supporting site teams and maintaining close contact with clients and stakeholders.

The Role

Managing multiple live projects across Yorkshire and the North West

Overseeing roofing, refurbishment, metal roofing systems and general building works

Planning and coordinating site activities to achieve programme and budget targets

Leading Site Managers, subcontractors and supply chain partners

Maintaining excellent health & safety standards across all projects

Attending client meetings and ensuring strong customer relationships

Monitoring project performance, quality and commercial objectives

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry

Strong background in roofing, industrial roofing, cladding, metal roofing, refurbishment or general building projects

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple fast-paced contracts simultaneously

Full UK Driving Licence
