Role: Customer Service Executive
Salary: Negotiable, £24,000-£28,000 (DOP)
Responsibilities:
Serve as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and internal staff to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales for our products.
Administer jobs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Process sales orders promptly and accurately.
Maintain and nurture customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Print, Packing or Manufacturing experience desired
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tharsten.
Experience in the packaging industry is desired but not essential.
