Administrator

Administrator - North Liverpool - £13.45 per hour - 30 hours per week - 3 month FTC.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy team within a large organisation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is highly organised, accurate and comfortable handling confidential information.

The Role

You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the team including:

* Managing confidential records and ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date.

* Coordinating appointments and maintaining calendars.

* Handling telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.

* Preparing correspondence, reports and documentation.

* Inputting and maintaining data across internal systems.

* Supporting with reporting, audits and general office administration.

* Liaising with employees, managers and external contacts in a professional manner.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience who is:

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

* Confident using Microsoft Office and computerised systems.

* Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.

* A strong communicator, both written and verbal.

* Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
