Essential Requirements:
5-7 years of HR experience.
In-depth knowledge of HR job functions, legal compliance in the UK and Western Europe HR landscapes
Experience in a B2B product company, telecommunications, software/IT, or tech B2B background, or similar industries.
Ability to work across different time zones.
Proven track record of working in a global environment
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
Strong understanding of the UK and Western Europe HR laws.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Demonstrated success in working within HR functions in international groups.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in HR-related IT tools, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.
