Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales? We're seeking a motivated individual to join a buzzing sales team within a leading service-lead business. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through telephone outreach and managing appointments for Business Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange new business appointments for BDM's.
Generate new prospect leads through research and information gathering.
Manage leads and prospects in the CRM system.
Work towards personal and company targets and KPIs.
Ensure accurate data management and diary updates.
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
Maintain a strong understanding of services and products.
Support team members during periods of absence.
Requirements:
Proven telesales experience.
B2B sales experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer literacy.
Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
Positive attitude and self-motivated.
