The Role
Claims Handler - Covering Classes - Personal Lines, Commercial Property, Liability and Motor Fleet
Provide high quality advice and service to clients
Processing new insurance claims notifications
Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
Guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the claim
Contacting third party services as and when required.
Requirements
2+ years Claims Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Polite telephone manner
Confident with all relevant MS office packages, OGi and Acturis systems Preferred
Excellent organisational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
