Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom learning

Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and boost progress

Assist with the delivery of lessons across core subjects such as English and Maths

Help create a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment

Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

Contribute to a calm and structured learning atmosphere

What We're Looking For

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or school setting (desirable)

A positive, proactive, and patient approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Commitment to a full-time, long-term role in a mainstream school
