Job Description

A well regarded professional services firm based near Wimborne / Ferndown are actively recruiting for a Senior Client Services Manager. Senior Client Service Manager

Location: Ferndown / Wimborne

Salary - DOE (Circa £50 - £65k)

Job Type: Full-time / HYBRID Working after probationary

Role:

Oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional accountancy, audit, and tax services

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

Act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating all client services.

Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives aligned with business strategy.

Monitor budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability across the team.

Conduct annual fee reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Organise workflow to maximise team productivity and client satisfaction.

Support training and development initiatives for team members.

Promote services to existing and potential clients through networking and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent).

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

High level of integrity and client confidentiality.

Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.

Minimum 3 A-levels (grades A–C) or equivalent.

Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths level 7+ and English level 6+).
