We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor at Fitness Superstore, who will provide high standards of customer service by:
Offering excellent service to our customers both internally and externally;
Taking inbound and making outbound telephone calls to customers providing support and information regarding their order status;
Order processing;
Liaising with other departments and with 3rd party companies;
Handling and resolving customer complaints;
Communication and coordination with internal departments;
Collating information relating to product failure and warranty issues;
Providing product service back-up;
Arranging for required parts and product servicing to be provided;
Liaising with our internal installation teams and 3rd party field-based installers;
Using our IT systems for routing orders, monitoring the work done by our teams, as well as monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules etc;
Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (either 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00). Weekends on a shift basis (1 in 3). However, due to the needs of the business this may change to either a 1 in 2 basis or a 1 in 4 basis. (Weekend hours would be Saturday 09:00 - 17:00, Sunday 11:00 - 14:00).
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have…
Have at least 12 months experience within a customer service office-based environment;
Great communication skills and have previously dealt with customer queries whether face-to-face and over the phone;
The ability to work in a pressurised environment with experience of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously;
The ability to be a team player;
Excellent attention to detail;
Computer literate skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and flexibility when required;
The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
A professional and friendly telephone manner.
