Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in housing / contracting?

We are working with a well-established client, looking to bolster their operational team and recruit an experienced Site Manager. The project will consist of high-quality, timber frame homes in a desirable North Cornwall location.

The Role:

Day-to-day site operations, ensuring the build programme stays on track

Managing trades, subcontractors, and site teams

Always ensuring health & safety compliance

Maintaining build quality and achieving customer satisfaction

Reporting to the Contracts Manager and liaising with technical and commercial teams

About You:

Proven experience managing timber build housing developments

Background working with housing / contracting

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified as a minimum
