Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver commercial roofing projects from award to final hand-over. You will manage site teams, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, keep projects on schedule, and maintain exceptionally high quality standards across all waterproofing systems. Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple roofing sites, managing project timelines and site managers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for main contractors, client representatives, and sub-contractors.

Enforce strict H&S standards, method statements, and risk assessments (RAMS).

Ensure installation work strictly adheres to technical specifications and manufacturer guidelines.

Drive project delivery within agreed budgets and deadlines to achieve performance bonuses.

Required Experience

Proven track record as a Contracts Manager within the commercial roofing sector.

In-depth practical knowledge of the following systems: Bituminous flat roofs

(reinforced felt systems, torch-on, hot-applied)

Single ply membrane roofs

(PVC, TPO, EPDM)

Hot melt and cold liquid-applied systems

Metal copings, flashings, and architectural trims

Strong leadership skills, excellent client-facing communication, and robust site management experience.

Full UK driving licence and relevant site certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS Black Card).
