We are seeking a contractor ready to make a tangible impact across our Naval gas turbine fleet. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and disruption-free operation of all our in-service engine types, supporting a global customer base.

As a Technical Support Engineer must:

Key Accountabilities

Take full responsibility for the investigation, analysis, and documentation of safety alerts, incidents, or events related to in-service engine operations. You'll be leading root cause investigations and implementing containment or corrective actions.

Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality technical reports that provide clear findings, recommendations, and compliance with regulatory, customer, and company standards, delivered within defined deadlines.

Participate in performance reviews and respond to feedback provided by the supervising manager.

Collaborate with specialist teams in disciplines such as Stress, Critical Parts Lifing, Safety and Reliability, Performance, and Controls to solve complex problems and drive product maturity.
