Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable, family-run dealership in Guildford. This position offers an excellent Service Advisor opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to join a well-established business that values its staff and promotes a positive working environment.

Competitive basic salary of £33,000, with an OTE of up to £38,000
Monday to Friday working hours, from 8am to 6pm, with one late evening finish at 6.30pm

Assist customers by understanding their vehicle service needs and providing professional advice
Manage workshop bookings and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient job completion
Upsell additional services and parts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Process warranty claims and complete relevant administrative documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information
Promote repeat business through a consultative and customer-focused approachRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively
Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes
Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
