THE ROLE
The role of the Demi Chef de Partie is assist the running of a kitchen section as a part of the kitchen brigade. Ideal Demi Chef de Partie candidate should have the following:
Experience cooking and preparing high quality dishes
Assisting in food rotation and restocking
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Experience with kitchen equipment
Understanding of basic food safety practices
High level of attention to detail
Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
