CONTRACT DETAILS
Location - Portsmouth, Hampshire
Position - Teacher of English
Start date - ASAP start date
Contract duration - until the end of July 2024. Temp-to-perm contracts available
Full time/part time - Full time, but flexible to offer part-time
Minimum rate of pay - Paid to scale
Hours - 8:30 am - 3pm, plus parents' evenings and department meetings
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
QTS or equivalent
Minimum 1-year English teaching experience in the UK
Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
