Fire and Security Installation Engineer

Ignis Fire and Security, part of the Ranger Group are a rapidly growing, customer-focused organisation based in Birmingham, seeking a Fire and Security Engineerto join our team and cover the West Midlands region. Specialising in fire and security systems, we are well-established and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team of skilled engineers.

• OTE: £35K
• £28,000 - £30,000(dependent on experience)
• Overtime available

• Commission on parts and quoted works
• Ongoing training on leading systems (e.g., GENT, Paxton, Dahua, Wagner)
• Fully expensed van (personal use allowed) and laptop
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days

• Strong knowledge of analogue addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
• Experience with emergency lighting maintenance and repairs
• Strong understanding of intruder alarms, access control, nurse call, and disabled refuge systems
• Professional, customer-facing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CSCS/ECS card and valid driving license
• FIA certification (desirable)
