Job Description

Birmingham (hybrid 3 days onsite)

VIQU IT are currently seeking an experienced Data Engineer required to support a large-scale systems transformation programme. The role focuses on building and optimising data pipelines, supporting migration activities, and delivering reliable datasets for reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop ETL/ELT data pipelines.

Support data migration, transformation, and validation activities.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Collaborate with architects, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Support testing, UAT, and cutover activities.

Produce technical documentation and handover materials.

Proven experience in data engineering and large-scale data migration projects.

Strong ETL/ELT and data integration expertise.

Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Understanding of data governance and quality frameworks.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Active SC Clearance + NPPV3 Clearance
