The Place

The pub is open throughout the week serving delicious lunch and dinner every day. They also have 7 stunning guest bedrooms. The restaurant is focused on modern British cuisine using seasonal, fresh ingredients to create menus loaded with passion and imagination.
The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
Solid experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food restaurant/ dining pub
The ability to handle running a busy service.
Excellent attention to detail
Proven people management skills
Flexibility to cover shifts as required 48 hours per week over 5 days
As the pub is in quite a rural location having means of transport to this area is essential
