Job Description

Carmichael UK seeks a Technical Lead for Building Regulations to provide technical leadership and regulatory oversight for cladding and external envelope works on a major carbon capture project in the UK.

You will ensure compliance with Building Safety Act 2022, Building Regulations and guidance, acting as technical authority for building regulations compliance across design, gateway, construction and handover phases.
