Your new role
As one of their new projects commences, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in running a programme and overseeing all elements in the construction process. The project is the external renovation of an old-style Edinburgh building - including stone works and facade repairs/refurbishments.As Site Manager, it is essential you have experience leading a construction project and any experience in a similar job is preferred.Duties
Carrying out set up and progress meetings.
Ensuring the packages are on program and managing the on-site team.
Ensuring H&S is followed.
Proactive, driven and well-organised.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience of managing construction projects is essential. You will also have a professional approach and the ability to fit in well immediately with a productive site and management team. You will be a confident leader and be comfortable holding progress meetings. SMSTS, Black or Gold CSCS card, First Aid, are essential. What you'll get in return
