Engineering Manager

Rotherham, South Yorkshire

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading maintenance, facilities, utilities, and asset management activities
  • Driving equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programmes
  • Managing CAPEX projects, upgrades, and site improvement initiatives
  • Leading fault investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Developing and mentoring engineering teams
  • Ensuring engineering compliance and operational excellence

What we're looking for:

  • Engineering leadership experience within pharma, biotech, FMCG, or manufacturing
  • Strong maintenance, reliability, and asset management background
  • Experience managing production equipment, facilities, and utilities
  • A proactive leader with a continuous improvement mindset
