What you'll be doing
As a Sales Advisor, you'll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and:
Build great relationships through meaningful conversationsUnderstand customers' needs by asking the right questionsRecommend products and services that genuinely improve their experienceHelp customers get the most from their technologyDeliver an outstanding customer experience on every callAchieve individual and team performance goals
You'll become an expert in our products and services, but more importantly, you'll learn how to understand people and find solutions that work for them.

All calls are incoming from existing EE customers. You'll focus on understanding their needs and helping them find the right solution.
"It's hard selling"
Definitely not.
Customers are already interested in our products and services. Your role is to listen, understand what's important to them and help them make informed choices.
